J & T Real Estate has received a territorial decision to complete the Eurovea II project. A building with a height of 168 meters should be completed in 2022.

Fifty floors, hundreds of flats and suites, and nearly 90,000 square meters of business. This will be the complex of J & T Real Estate Eurovea II, which will include the first Slovak skyscraper.

According to the investor, the Danube Riverbank could gain a new dominant position in 2022. It follows from the approved development plan of the developer. He is currently awaiting a building permit. “The height of 168 meters is the result of detailed expert judgment,” says spokeswoman J & T Real Estate Daniela Stričková. After completion, Bratislava will overtake Czech and Hungarian neighbors who do not have skyscrapers. Warsaw has seven, Vienna and Kiev three.
